With the elections looming in two months, various parties are having their internal elections in the upcoming weeks, or have already had them, over the past two weeks. A surprising number of my friends are members of various political parties, and their posts regarding their choice of candidates, the considerations that go into voting, and their opinion on the campaigns and the candidates themselves are pretty fascinating. Even the ones who vote in (and presumably for, in the national election) political parties I disagree with violently and am a little afraid of, are interesting. Maybe them more than the others, because the considerations that go into voting in a party made almost entirely of what I'd call dangerous nutjobs are kinda fascinating. I mean, in theory they go for the same thing I'd look for, such as credibility, agenda and public record, but the candidates themselves...Some of them are just freaky.

The intelligent ones, I've kept. The ones who don't vote, won't vote, yet spew bigoted statements in complete or partial ignorance of the topic at hand, well...let's say I did some Facebook cleaning, in hope of a pleasanter feed.
